Put them in a crockpot and come home to an already-cooked dinner or prepare in your instant pot, oven, stovetop, or grill.  You'll never tire of eating our rich, savory, meaty roasts!

TENDERIZED ROUND STEAK:  One of our family's favorite meals is prepared using tenderized round steak. They also make great, chicken-fried steak for sandwiches or main entree.

SIRLOIN STEAK:  These steaks will make you re-think sirloin!  This steak is "My Brother's" favorite cut. Unlike what you're used to, our sirloin steaks are tender, well-marbled and loaded with beefy flavor.  You'll love them!

OSSO BUCCO BEEF SHANKS:  These beautiful cuts of beef are perfect for making osso bucco or as the base for a variety of soups. Because the shank bones contain marrow, the nutritional benefit from this cut is off-the chart!

MY BROTHER'S BEEF TRADITIONAL & PREMIUM GROUND BEEF:  All of our beef is exceptional, but our customers just can't get enough of our 85/15 or 90/10 ground beef.
