Every pound of beef we sell was bred and born on our ranch and cared for by us every day of its life.  Our large herd enables us to have cattle ready for processing most of the year making it easier for you to take delivery when it fits your needs.

Because we have such a large herd,  process beef every month, and typically maintain adequate inventories, we can often deliver your beef immediately!

We can often deliver as soon as 7 days!

    How Does It Work:

    PAYMENT:  A non-refundable deposit of $250 will reserve your whole beef. Once we receive payment, we will contact you to determine your preferred time of delivery.  Because we have a large herd and harvest regularly, we will process your order immediately or we can allow you as much time as you'd prefer from order to delivery.  

    When your beef is ready to be shipped, we will bill the remaining balance of  $365.  Payment must be received before your beef is picked up or delivered.

    We will have your beef delivered to your door via a third-party shipper (no charge), by us if you're a more local customer or, if you desire, you can pick-up your finished beef at our farm in our Beef Market.
