    How Does It Work:

    A non-refundable deposit of $400 will reserve your 1/2 beef share.

    When your beef is ready to be processed in the fall of 2022, we will deliver the animal to our USDA-licensed processor. You will be notified a week later and billed for the remaining balance (~$808 - 1,038, depending on carcass size). Payment must be received before your beef is picked up or delivered.

    You can expect to receive your beef 3-5 weeks after delivery to the processor, depending on hanging time (14-21 days) and delivery schedule. We will pick up your boxed beef and have it delivered to your door via a third-party shipper, by us if you're a more local customer or, if you desire, you can pick-up your finished beef at our farm in our Beef Market.
